The outbound calling platform

Calls that get answered.

One platform for warm & cold outbound — persistent call & SMS sequences, numbers that stay familiar and clean, and compliance controls you own. Born from a simple insight: a second dial from the same number reads as legit, not spam — and can lift conversions 20–30%.

Reputation monitoring to help keep your numbers off spam lists

The leak

You paid for the lead. Then called once.

You run the ads. Someone raises their hand and opts in. You dial once, hit voicemail, and move on. The budget you spent to earn that lead quietly evaporates — not because the lead was bad, but because one call was never going to be enough.

A lone call from an unknown number mostly goes unanswered. A persistent sequence from the same familiar number reads like someone they already know — and wins far more of those conversations back.

That insight became CogniCaller. Then we kept building: local presence, outcome-driven branching, SMS steps, number-reputation defense, and a real-time compliance guard — the whole road from lead to conversation, on one platform.

The dialer

One line, held all shift.

Most dialers open a fresh phone line for every call and make the lead pay for it — in silence, clipped hellos, and dead air. CogniCaller keeps your rep on one persistent line and moves the leads instead.

Acknowledge the constraint, then reframe: the leads they already paid for are expiring uncalled. Position the starter tier as recovered conversions, not a new line item.

InterestedCallbackNot a fit

The outcome sends the follow-up.

One line, all shift

Your rep joins once at the start of the shift. Leads are moved into the line and out again — no new call setup between them, no first word lost to a cold mic.

The assistant listens along

As the lead talks, the answer to what they just said appears on the rep’s screen. The lead hears nothing — the help is silent and instant.

Your playbook, on its own

Pricing answers, rebuttals, competitor comparisons — pulled up automatically from what was said. Nobody goes hunting through a doc mid-call.

Pick the outcome, the rest follows

Mark how it went, and your sequences fire the rest — the callback, the text, the do-not-call. Nobody has to remember to send the follow-up.

Under the hood

The life of a single dial.

From enrollment to follow-up, every dial moves through the same pipeline — checked, attested, streamed, and written down.

01 enroll

Lead enters a sequence

By API or CSV. The engine schedules the first step within a minute.

02 guard

Nine checks, in-line

Every check runs before the carrier hears anything:

consentdnc-feddnc-statesuppressrndlitigatorquiet-hrsfreq-capsabandon
03 dial

Pinned local number

Placed from the lead’s pinned local-presence line, A-attested via owned numbers.

04 stream

Live event stream

Carrier events normalized to one shape and deduplicated at ingest.

05 assist

Playbook matched live

What the lead says is matched against your playbook; the answer lands on the rep’s screen.

06 outcome

One-tap disposition

The rep marks how it went at wrap-up — one tap, no admin.

07 branch

Follow-up + audit

The engine branches the next step and appends the decision to the hash-chained audit log.

Every decision, stored

Each of the nine check results is persisted with its reason codes — inspectable per call and in the audit log, including the checks your policy relaxed.

Idempotent by construction

Carrier events are deduplicated at ingest — cache and database unique — so webhook replays can never double-count a call.

One port, two carriers

The engine speaks to Telnyx or Twilio through a single telephony port. Switching providers is configuration, not a rewrite.

Fails safe, never silent

If a compliance data source is unavailable, the check degrades to review. A dial is never silently allowed on missing data.

The platform

Persistence. Trust. Control.

Three systems engineered together, so more of your dials end in conversations.

Follow-up that never forgets.

Multi-step sequences across calls and SMS, with sticky same-number retries. Pick an outcome at wrap-up in the live dialer station and every lead branches to the right next move — call again tomorrow, text first, or stop. Nothing falls through.

Numbers people recognize.

Local presence puts a 202 number in front of a 202 lead, retries come from the very same line, and branded caller ID puts your name on their screen. Familiar beats unknown, every time.

Guardrails you set yourself.

Every dial is screened against TCPA, DNC, reassigned-number, and quiet-hours checks — with per-rule enforce, warn, or off controls you own. Move fast, on rails you set.

Everything you get

New lines ramp 10→100 dials a day, automatically.

  • Per-number call caps

Daily limits keep every line under the radar.

  • Branded caller ID + CNAM

Your name on the handset, not “Unknown”.

  • Free Caller Registry

Every new number is registered with carrier analytics on provision.

  • A-attestation

Full STIR/SHAKEN attestation via owned numbers.

Converse

  • One line, all shift

Reps join once; leads move in and out of the call.

  • Live playbook assist

The answer appears on screen as the lead speaks.

  • One-tap outcomes

The disposition fires the follow-up by itself.

Follow-up that persists

  • Call + SMS sequences

Multi-step plans that mix both channels.

  • Sticky retries

The second call comes from the same number as the first.

  • Texts from the caller

SMS steps send from the number that just dialed.

  • Quiet-hours scheduling

Every step clears the calling-window check first.

  • Per-lead frequency caps

Daily and weekly attempt limits per contact.

  • Batch enrollment

Push a whole list into a sequence in one import.

Operate

Run it with proof

  • Live analytics

Answer rate, abandonment, and outcomes as they happen.

  • Tamper-evident audit

Every decision on a hash chain you can verify.

  • Evidence packs

Consent history exported as a signed PDF.

  • Roles & scoped keys

Least-privilege access for your team and your API.

  • SDKs & signed webhooks

TypeScript and Python clients, verifiable callbacks.

  • BYO-DNC import

Your federal and state files, scoped per state.

Speed to lead

The first minutes are the whole game.

The interest that made someone raise a hand fades fast — every minute an opt-in sits unworked, the odds of a real conversation slide. So CogniCaller doesn’t let them sit: enroll leads by API or CSV, and the sequence engine places the first dial in under a minute.

And that first dial comes from the local number the whole sequence will keep — the same familiar caller ID on every retry.

Per-minute engine — no batch windows, no waiting for a rep to notice

Compliance

Persistence, with compliance built in.

CogniCaller is built for US outbound. A real-time Guard screens every dial against TCPA consent, Federal & State DNC, reassigned-number, litigator, quiet-hours, and frequency-cap checks — using your own DNC data and the rules you set — and every call it clears goes out A-attested via STIR/SHAKEN.

The difference: per-workspace “you decide” controls. Set each rule to enforce, warn, or off — you tune each control to your risk and your market, and you stay responsible for the calls you make.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Do you supply DNC data?

No. The FTC ties a Do-Not-Call subscription to one seller, so the data has to come from your own account — and calls to leads who gave prior express written consent generally fall outside the federal registry rules, though consent can be revoked and some state rules differ. What we do is make loading yours easy: import your federal and state files, and the guard scrubs against them before every dial.

Is this legal for cold calling?

That depends on your list, your states, and your judgment — CogniCaller is a tool, not legal advice, and we never claim to make anyone compliant. Your workspace sets each rule to enforce, warn, or off; the guard applies your policy before every dial and writes every decision, including the relaxed ones, to a tamper-evident audit log.

Do my retries come from the same number?

Yes — that is the founding idea of the product. A lead is pinned to the number that first dialed them, so the second and third attempts show up as the same familiar caller ID instead of a fresh unknown one.

What happens when a lead calls that number back?

Inbound call routing is not part of the product yet — sequences are built to make the connection on your dial, not theirs. The number stays yours and stays in the lead’s call history, the next attempt comes from it again, and SMS steps send from it too, so everything the lead sees on their phone is one consistent identity until you connect.

What keeps my numbers off spam lists?

Daily per-number call caps, gradual warm-up for new lines, continuous reputation monitoring — every number scored against its own answer-rate baseline — and branded caller ID. If a number starts to slip anyway, guided remediation walks you through the fix.

Can my AI voice agent use this?

Yes. CogniCaller is API-first: enroll leads, run guard checks, place calls, and record dispositions programmatically. The same guard runs before every dial, whether a person or an agent placed it.

Does CogniCaller integrate with my CRM?

There are no native CRM connectors today. CogniCaller is API-first instead: leads flow in by CSV or the API, TypeScript and Python SDKs cover every endpoint, and signed webhooks push each disposition and opt-out back out to whatever system you run.

What does the assistant hear?

The live call. It matches what the lead says against your workspace playbook and puts the relevant answer on your rep’s screen as the conversation happens. Suggestions are visible only to your rep — the lead hears nothing.

How fast can I start?

The five steps above: choose how you call, get a number, load your lists, build a sequence, dial. From there the engine picks up new leads within a minute of enrollment.

Win the conversations you already paid for.

Sequences that persist, numbers that stay trusted, compliance you control — everything outbound needs to convert, in one place.
